(MVV)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-type01 size01\">As part of our MVV project, members from various functions\u2014including research, manufacturing, and administrative departments\u2014across the Group came together for passionate discussions. Below we share the thoughts that these members included in our MVV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group thought__slider is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group swiper-wrapper is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group swiper-slide is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full person\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chemipaz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/philosophy-conduct-guidelines-thought-person01.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11916\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-type01 size01\">We focused on making our MVV something that each employee could personally relate to and embrace as their own. Up until now, it has been difficult to think about management guidelines in relation to work. We therefore wished to avoid abstract expressions and instead create an MVV that would allow individuals to picture what they should do in their work as they read the MVV.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group swiper-slide is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full person\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chemipaz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/philosophy-conduct-guidelines-thought-person02.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11917\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-type01 size01\">These guidelines provide fundamental principles that employees can return to in their daily work. At the same time, we designed them to serve as a foundation for the Group&#8217;s growth, encouraging new challenges that leverage our products and technologies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group swiper-slide is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full person\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chemipaz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/philosophy-conduct-guidelines-thought-person03.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11914\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-type01 size01\">In the course of the discussions, project members shared internal issues and confirmed that reaffirmed the fact that the Group&#8217;s strengths are its advanced technologies and environmentally strategic products.
